During the whole Carnival week, in our Bar Funivia in Malga Ciapela and
Serauta’s Restaurant you will be able to taste a particular local dessert, which
is normally prepared for important events or for Carnival. Italian “chiacchiere”
are here called “fiorostide”. A dessert of the local tradition not to be missed.
