La Marmolada is a skiers’ paradise that is part of the Dolomiti Superski conglomerate and features the longest slope (La Bellunese, 12 km), the most awesome scenic terrace (Punta Rocca, 3265 m) and the highest museum in Europe (Serauta, 3000 m).
Three aspects that make the Queen of the Dolomites a truly complete destination for anyone who wants to enjoy the mountains along with an intense cultural experience: just take the cable car lift from Malga Ciapela to ski on the famous Marmolada glacier, take the fantastic ski tour called Sellaronda, enjoy fascinating Dolomite scenery, and keep your ski boots on as you take a break among the history and places of the Great War in these high mountains.
There are also lots of events and special dates that will make the beginning of the 2016/2017 winter season even more interesting in Marmolada and the municipal territory of Rocca Pietore.
